Problem
High School counselors oversee 400+ students to ensure they have the proper requirements to graduate and apply for college admissions. With the low guidance to student ratio, this education tool helps even out the playing field. Students take agency to plan their academic plans while high school counselors can reduce their admin tasks and provide more in-person support for students.
My Process
I was the first hired UX Designer contractor where I established the user interface, design system, and branding. I brainstormed with the CEO who gathered the user research and worked with the AI data engineers to design the screens for students and counselors.
